All purchases with Natalie Marie LLC are NON refundable. Orders that have been “delivered” or “returned to sender” are NON refundable. Refunds exclude shipping fees. Shipping fees are NON refundable. Natalie Marie LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages handled by the mail carrier. Refunds must be requested before your items ship. Refunds may be requested the day of the orders arrival if the package or items have been severly damaged. If your items have been returned back to Natalie Marie LLC due to a wrong address, you may request a refund. The shipping fee for that package will not be refunded. (Please double check shipping addresses before completing order!) Natalie Marie LLC  does not give full refunds, shipping fees are deducted from your total. Natalie Marie LLC is NOT responsible for mistyped shipping addresses, however you can still email us before you are sent an order confirmation email and we will fix your address.
